Personally, I like to beat-up on annoying citizens and switch over to first-person view to see their facial expressions afterwards Ubisoft seems to have taken that view-mode out. Though I hated Minstrels in Ezio’s previous games, what I loved even more was being able to savagely beat them up and hear them lamenting at my disapproval of their musical “art”; they only appear in one mission in this game.
That’s sacrilege! I used to hate how in AC:Brotherhood, horses would always seem to get in your way whenever you wanted to loot corpses. While there are no horses to pester you here except for missions that involve a horse-drawn carriage , I actually miss being able to swing my sword while on horseback like a mad man, and to recklessly plow through unsuspecting civilians by just running through them! At first i didn’t like much this game since the main character, Ezio Auditore, was old and felt kinda slow. But the more I played the game the more i enjoyed it. The story is okay, there are some “minigames”, which is a new thing, like a base defense and the assassin’s missions to other places are different from what is was in ACB since now you can send assassins to stay at an area and you hace to saty alert for the percentage of the area that you control.
What I like most of this game is the multiplayer. They added more game categories, it’s easy to find open matches and you get to vote what is going to be the next game. The only thing that I think was better in the ACB’s multiplayer is that in this one you unlock the upgrades more ability slots, abilities, etc but still have to buy them with game money rather than unlock them and be able to use them right away.
I give it four stars since i think the map is smaller than in other games and the story wasn’t very appealing but this game has lots of great features and is lots of fun. See all reviews.
