It is not recognized either via the USB port nor via the wireless connection. I’ve unistall the all HP application and SW on my computer, did a boot clean, downloaded the newst availble SW, installed it and the problem persists.

I’ve tried to connecting via different USB cables and I’ve tried to connect via another computer. No matter how I connect I always get the error Unknown devicie.
